A first milestone in the construction progress for the mixed-used building Europaallee Baufeld H has been achieved. The foundation is completed and the dimensions of the 44'000 square meters project clearly visible. On this occasion, the foundation stone laying ceremony took place Januar 15th 2015 on the construction site.
The construction works on the Baufeld H has began mid-July 2014. The project which will be built with a general contractor combines 9.000 square meters office space with 40 apartments and educational uses. Furthermore, it will include a six halls cinema center and Zurich's second 25hours hotel with 174 rooms. Completion will be in 2017.
