After five years of planning after having won the competition in 2009, construction works on the Baufeld H will begin mid-July. The 44.000 square meters project which will be built with a general contractor combines 9.000 square meters office space with 40 apartments and educational uses. Furthermore, it will include a six halls cinema center and Zurich's second 25hours hotel with 174 rooms. Completion will be in 2017.
